Can I get a refund after purchasing?
Under European Union Consumer Protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun.
Because our virtual puzzle packages are delivered instantly, all sales are final, and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal upon starting the digital delivery. However, if you experience a technical defect that prevents you from accessing your package, please email us at game@pawsdotdiff.com, and our team will resolve it or provide a remedy.
